Training, tools and strategies that professionals working in the sector should have:
– Acquisition of new professional, social and intercultural competences through comparison of strategies and training approaches with other European trainers and sharing with other colleagues
– Ability to integrate and adapt to the international workplace, ability to adapt to change and flexibility to work at European level;
Interpersonal skills in new work contexts;
Intercultural and European sensitivity;
Skills or ICT acquired from the use of digital and multimedia tools used during the project and from the use of all communication languages, iconic, traditional and emotional.
Strategies aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of training environments, especially in the areas of developing professional skills, improving the quality of working environments and conditions, by improving the knowledge level of HORECA employees on food safety and hygiene practices, opportunities to live a better and more comfortable life in Europe.
